- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Below is an statement that was given to me, then retracted by tax-paid employee at lincolnton police department on the night of 9/20/17. This conversation was in reference to the arrest of Lawson Walter Gragg for possession of marijuana. The officer told the police were watching him through a window, saw them snorting lines, but they flushed the meth. Then he went on to say he wasn't sure what the actual substance was. This "protector of the law" contained to attempt to ridicule me by calling me names, following ignorant remarks. Unfortunately, my given right to the first amendment was violated, and this police department deleted my comment and this image off their Facebook.By kim Hoge, October 04, 2016
